A company is looking for a Senior Research Operations Program
Manager to build and enable an impactful research practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the pipeline of inbound research requests and prioritize
projects
Develop and maintain research documentation and resources
Conduct primary research to improve user research operations and
ensure compliance with ethical standards
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in research or operational programming
roles
Knowledge of inclusive research and design practices
Experience with UX research methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
Project management expertise to ensure sustainable and scalable
programs
