Plano 3 (31063), United States of America, Plano, TexasSr. Manager- Commercial Real Estate Asset ManagementThe Senior Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans, with primary focus on monitoring risk while providing exceptional customer service as well as a team of Asset Managers and Analysts. -Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of asset managers and analysts
• Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks -
• Analyze financial statements and property operating statements - - -
• Conduct property inspections
• Review reserve draws
• Process assumption and consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements
• Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements. -
• Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring -
• Conduct market research and prepare market reports
• Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports
• Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirementsBasic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate
  • At least 5 years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a teamPreferred Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience
    • 7+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios
