Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead
and develop a team of engineers in delivering innovative software
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum team activities, including stand-ups and
retrospectives, ensuring clarity on project goals
Collaborate with the team to architect solutions, oversee project
tasks, and maintain technical standards
Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports to support their
career growth and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
discipline
3+ years of experience in software engineering and product
technologies
4+ years in a leadership position managing software engineering
teams
Experience mentoring engineering teams and conducting code
reviews
Strong partnership experience with product managers and designers
for project planning and prioritization
