Vice President, Asset Servicing w/ Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Developing advance risk management strategies for the firm. Producing risk assessments on systems, products, and business lines and identifying risk mitigating controls and systematic surveillance to implement, with the aim of reducing risk of covenant compliance breaches. Contributing to the quarterly risk control and risk assessments (RCSA). Requires: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration, International Studies, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with: Assessing the controls framework and ensuring risks are covered; reviewing credit agreements and other legally binding lending agreements to analyze and manage critical data flows; writing requirements and testing system implementations; working with engineering and business intelligence teams to scope, define and deploy tooling creating capacity within line teams; evaluating legal agreements to assess the impact of workflow changes and building controls to support these new requirements; and supervising and validating data entry of junior team members.
