Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Services Coordinator I to
coordinate medical services and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Address routine and complex client inquiries and resolve
escalations
Provide accurate information to clients and mentor colleagues on
best practices
Perform administrative duties including research, report
generation, and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications, Training and Education:
2 years of post-high school education or 3+ years of relevant
experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable
Knowledge of company products, services, and operations
Experience in customer service roles
Ability to navigate multiple software systems effectively
