This client encourages an open work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.This firm is looking to build out its Dallas office and is looking for an experienced Land Development engineer who has 10+ years of experience in single-family development. Department Lead (single-family development) will play a big part in bringing in new clients, maintaining existing clients as well as building out their team.This firm works on a diverse range of land development projects from single-family housing, 7-stage subdivisions, K-12 projects, educational centers, and more!Requirements:

• PE License in Texas
• BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
• 10+ Years of experience in land development (single-family development)
• Has Business Development / Client Management experience
• Able to lead a team.
• Based in Dallas or willing to relocate.Client offers:
