Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Claims Representative to manage claims from submission to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and review claims for accuracy and proper documentation
Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve claims and recoup losses
Manage claims inbox and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims

Required Qualifications

SAP experience preferred
Smartsheet experience preferred
Previous customer service experience
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to research and organize information thoroughly
