Job SummaryThe Fish and Seafood Product Specialist is responsible for replenishing, merchandising, and promoting seafood products in the store. This role involves monitoring inventory, controlling spoilage, and maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of seafood products, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities

• Replenish seafood products through proper buying procedures to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor and control spoilage, achieving turn goals and participating in inventory management.
• Order seafood products and maintain appropriate back stock levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making product recommendations to drive sales.
• Assist in organizing and developing promotional displays to showcase seafood products and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.Requirements
