Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client
advisor
Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform
expert
Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
Required Qualifications
Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise
architecture experience
3+ years of CRM industry experience (Salesforce platform
preferred)
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and
integrate processes across disparate systems
Understanding of basic UX principles
Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce Experience
Cloud (preferred)
