Job Summary
We are supporting a global FM business with their Central Business operations. We are looking for an experienced Business Director to provide leadership, management, and development while ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded, while continually developing our client's customer base. Do you have leadership & sales experience in either facilities services, real estate, construction or a similar related industry? If so then this may be just the role for you!
Key Responsibilities

• Service delivery, customer relationship management, P&L ownership, QHSE and regulatory compliance.
  
• People and talent management, operations management, and business development.
  
• Day-to-day operational management as well as strategic leadership and development of your region.
  
• Driving rapid, sustainable, and profitable growth from both the existing customer base with extra works and projects, and from new business.
  
• Championing a safety-first culture, ensuring the well-being of our people while driving sustainable growth.
  
• Overseeing customer satisfaction, anticipating their needs, and maintaining high-quality operational outcomes.
  
• Providing guidance and support to your team, fostering engagement and development through training, mentoring, and regular appraisals.
  
• Steering strategic direction in sales, managing pipelines, and empowering the business development team to meet growth targets.
  
• Accountability for profit and loss, ensuring targets are met through effective cost control and revenue management.
  
• Procurement strategy and vendor management.
  
• Recruitment, performance management, and fostering a culture aligned with our clients' company values.
