We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and leadership, with excellent organizational and time management skills. The role will involve servicing existing clients, researching new business opportunities, supervising team activity, and training and developing incoming team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base
  
• Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  
• Supervise team activity and results
  
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  
• Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  
• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Licensing Requirements:
